Dieting Myths EXPOSED

If you're still trying to lose weight the "old fashioned" way, good luck!
-- You're going to need it!

First off, how many times have well-meaning friends and family members told you something to the extent of, "Just say no to yourself ... You can do it!"

Yeah, right. If sheer willpower were the answer, you'd have made it by now. Heaven knows you've tried enough times. Here's the straight talk on that nonsense: You didn't all of a sudden wake up one morning overweight, did you? It came on over time while you, consciously or unconsciously, developed some bad eating habits (helped along by some sinister chemicals and clever marketing) that led you to where you are today.

Secondly, what about walking, jogging, or running every day?

Easy to say — another thing to actually do. See, if you've tried that routine before, you already know that as soon as you start your new exercise program, what happens? That's right, you get even hungrier than before! So what do you do? You head for the fridge, cupboard or store to satisfy that craving. Then, before you know it, not only have you not lost any weight — you've gained some more. When that happens, what does your motivation to keep on exercising do? It takes a dive faster than you can say, "Super-size it, please!" Thirdly, what about diet foods?

You know, the specially prepared foods that are low in calories and fat. Just heat and eat. All things being equal, this is probably the best option of anything we've talked about so far. But there's a catch. Take a look at the ingredient list of these diet meals. It reads like a chemist's supply cabinet, doesn't it? Is losing weight worth stocking up on all those chemicals? We think not. With all the news about additives causing health problems, do you really want to take the chance? After all, you've only got one body to work with here.

There's one other slight problem with special diet foods. What happens when you're out with friends and they all want to head out to a restaurant? What are you going to do then? Bring your own food into the restaurant? Suppose you're invited to someone's house for dinner. What then?

The bottom line is this: Drastically changing anything about your life is very difficult, and usually unecessary. The GlycoTrim System is not about drastic changes. It is about subtle changes. Changes that make sense. Sense for your health, and cents for your pocketbook.
